Harvesting, Storing, and Letting Go – Autumn Mudra
The remaining days of autumn are a good time to consider what we are harvesting in our lives, as well as what we are storing up and what we will let go of. This brief autumn mudra, adapted from Cielle Tewksbury and presented by Karen Hering, is a simple embodied invitation to encourage our reflection. The words of the meditation are as follows:
What am I bringing to harvest in this season of my life?
What are the treasures I been given that will be touchstones for the days ahead?
What do I need to sift through and release?
What do I wish to store in the cellar of my soul?
